Orders will normally be dispatched within 5 days of order confirmation, except for in the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond www.littlenothing.pt’s control. An email will be sent to confirm that the order dispatch and will include an order reference number. Typical delivery times (*) Mainland Portugal up to 5 days after dispatch of order. Açores and Madeira up to 7 days after dispatch of order. Europe up to 6 days after dispatch of order. Rest of the World up to 10 days after the dispatch of order (except for cases involving legal or other issues, for example verification by border control). Delivery Costs Delivery costs will be added to the value of the items ordered.
These prices are not by express courier. If you want the shipment with a express courier I will give you the correct value for that service. Portugal € 6 Europe €0 Rest of the World €37.00 Orders can be tracked from dispatch to delivery via the Portuguese postal service (Correios de Portugal, (CTT)) website at: http://www.ctt.pt, by stating the package number, allocated by CTT which will be sent by email. Upon request, delivery can be arranged via a different organization to CTT and delivery costs will vary according to the delivery company used.

Returns/Complaints
If customers are dissatisfied with items purchased from Little Nothing - Paula Castro/www.littlenothing.pt, returns will be accepted up to fourteen (14) days after the date of delivery, as long as the item/s is/are in perfect and unused condition. To return an item, the process outlined below should be followed. Returns will not be accepted 14 days after initial delivery. Refunds will be issued within 30 working days after returns are received by Little Nothing - Paula Castro which will reimburse the appropriate amount in the account from which the original purchase was made. Complete the returns form in full and return to Little Nothing - Paula Castro in order to receive authorization to return an item.
When returning piece(s) please ensure that they are returned in the same condition as when they were first delivered.
Returned piece(s) should be sent in secure and protective packaging, similar to that in which they were originally sent.
Refunds will only be paid once returned piece(s) have been received by Little Nothing - Paula Castro.
Little Nothing will not refund the value of returned piece(s) if they have not been received by Little Nothing - Paula Castro.
Returned piece(s) should be returned to Little Nothing within 7 days of the request to return being authorized.
With the returned piece(s) please also include: full name, address, email address and receipt number.
